Care and Compatibility

The rosy tetra 3–4cm adapts easily to various water conditions. To see their best behaviour, keep them in groups of six or more. They are compatible with peaceful species such as guppies, rasboras, and other small tetras. Since they are known to jump, a secure aquarium lid is essential.

They’ll happily accept a diet of flake food, with occasional live or frozen treats like brine shrimp or daphnia to enhance their colour and health.
