It is formulated to help manage bacterial, fungal and protozoal infections in both freshwater and marine aquariums, including common issues such as velvet, whitespot, chilodonella, Trichodina and Trichodinella.

What Aquasonic Bactonex 100ml Is Used For

Aquasonic Bactonex assists in the prevention and management of:
  • Bacterial infections in aquarium fish

Directions & Important Use Notes

  • Remove activated carbon from filters while dosing, as it will remove the medication from the water
  • If using undergravel filtration, reduce the flow rate during treatment
  • This product contains a dye that can stain if spilled—take care when handling

  • Dose 10mL of Aquasonic Bactonex per 40 litres of aquarium water
