How Do I Redeem My Points and Rewards?

1. Log into your account and click on Dashboard . You will need to have an account in order to redeem your points.

2. Click on Loyalty Point(s) this is whre you can view your transactions and current points you have

3. Every purchase in our store earns you loyalty points, which you can redeem on the checkout page. (Please refer to the image below for details.)

That's all there is to it! Redeeming your Points and Rewards is simple and a fantastic way to save money on your next purchase.

Pro Tip: If you are redeeming your Points and Rewards, please note that points can only be redeemed for products available through our online or retail store. Points cannot be redeemed for cash or other prizes.

Accumulated loyalty points cannot be exchanged or converted directly into cash.

While you can use loyalty points on future purchases and merchandise, they are not meant to be withdrawn or exchanged for cash. The value of loyalty points is determined by the program's terms and conditions, and they hold no cash value outside of the program.

Loyalty Points are not reversed on returned items.

If you make a purchase using loyalty points and later return the items, the loyalty points used for that purchase will not be refunded back to your account and will be forfeited.

Loyalty Points cannot be used to purchase Gift Vouchers.

Loyalty points cannot be redeemed for the direct purchase of gift vouchers.
