Youngster Grow Paste

The ideal grow-out and rearing food for carnivorous and omnivorous fish in aquariums. This krill-based fine paste forms a nutrient-rich film in the aquarium or rearing boxes, providing the increased protein needed for the optimal development of juveniles and supporting the feeding of more challenging species.

The food is shaped into 5-10 mm balls and placed in the rearing box or tank. The fine food film on the bottom sustains young fish. It has proven particularly effective for species such as Hypancistrus, Leporacanthicus, Pseudacanthicus, and other loricariids.

However, due to the high protein content, overfeeding may lead to fattening, despite the food’s good tolerance and balanced fats.
